2. Eligibility and Registration

To register a dkwing account and use our services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a dkwing employee or affiliate.
• You have not previously had a dkwing account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using dkwing.

dkwing reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dkwing login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. 2.2 Accurate Information

All personal information submitted during registration must be genuine and accurate. dkwing will not be liable for payment delays or failures resulting from incorrect personal or banking details provided by the player. Players who provide false information, including a false date of birth, will have their accounts closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

dkwing supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved payment channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

dkwing currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. dkwing does not accept cash transfers, cryptocurrency, or any unlisted payment method.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Maximum transaction limits may apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. dkwing reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. dkwing targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, the results of security checks, and whether account verification has been completed. dkwing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.4 Transaction Fees

dkwing does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside dkwing's control and responsibility.

3.5 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use the dkwing platform to process payments for any purpose other than genuine personal gambling. Using dkwing accounts to launder money, facilitate fraud, or process funds on behalf of third parties constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any balance associated with suspected fraudulent transactions will be frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

dkwing may offer bonuses, welcome promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season and ICC events) from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms before any withdrawal can be processed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.
• dkwing reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to bet types excluded in the promotion terms.
• If dkwing determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided without notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. dkwing reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility for accounts that are identified as professional or systematic bettors.

5. Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

dkwing provides sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, volleyball, kabaddi and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the platform:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when it has been confirmed by the dkwing system and a unique bet reference number has been assigned. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. dkwing reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without explanation.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, manifestly incorrect odds being published due to a technical error, market suspension at the time of bet placement, or corruption or match-fixing being determined by the relevant sporting authority. Voided bets are refunded to the player's dkwing account as a cash credit.

5.3 Results and Disputes

Bet results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL, the ICC for international matches, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between a third-party data feed and an official result, the official result shall prevail. Settlement disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event result being published.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

dkwing reserves the right to enforce maximum payout limits per event, per sport, and per market. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. Any winnings that exceed the published limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the mathematical result of the bet.

6. Casino Games and Slots

dkwing offers a library of 500+ casino games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. All casino games available on dkwing use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness.

6.1 Game Availability

dkwing does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform due to contractual changes with game providers, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. No compensation will be payable as a result of a game being removed.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round, dkwing reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game may be withheld pending investigation. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino and slots games on dkwing.

6.3 Responsible Casino Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dkwing platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Creating more than one dkwing account per person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a casino game or sports market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the dkwing platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your dkwing account.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dkwing platform — including but not limited to the dkwing brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the intellectual property of dkwing or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any dkwing content without prior written permission from dkwing. Unauthorised use of dkwing intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkwing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

dkwing provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dkwing's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the dkwing platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
